Two hours of dedicated live wrestling every week. Go put what you learn in practice to the test!
K-12 Girls
Come be apart of the fastest growing sport in the world! Women's wrestling is exploding and this FREE class for the girls will be a great way to get your feet wet if you've never tried it before!
PRIVATE SESSIONS
At MLWA, we realize that every athlete is their own. We strive to make sure that each individual is growing at the rate that they want to. Our private coaching sessions are a great way to get personalized and specifically targeted training.
